Hello Peter. I need assistance with my insurance. My insurance policy number is KP1003770 and I've had my insurance with them since August 2012. I called in yesterday to report that my windscreen had been cracked due to a stone that flew onto my windscreen. I spoke to some lady Tougheeda at 12:00 on the 22nd July and was told that no one would be able to assist me then. I only received a call after 4 hours from a guy called Justin and asked me if I had a vehicle inspection certificate, I said I would check in my car as I was already home. He promised he would call me first thing in the morning and he only called now at 14:52pm. I asked him how come all these months they haven't picked up that the inspection certificate was not there he told me it's not his problem - they can't assist me without it. So I asked him had I been in a serious accident what would've happened... So I asked him they refund me all my moneys I paid as I never had insurance with me cause he said without the certificate they can't assist me. So I would like King Price to refund all my money back.
