1 LIFE DIRECT IGNORES MY REQUESTS

I want to cancel my life insurance with this company because I went over to another. I've send them email on the 18/9/2013 and one on the 6/10/2013. I also send a fax to them on the 7/10/13 and still I get no answer! What am I suppose to do? This is the worse customer service I ever got from a company.
