I have made changes to my Coronation account a month ago. All the changes made where incorrect include the debit orders. I am still trying to get this corrected. I am appalled at the service and feedback even from the supervisor Khanyisa who is handling my case. NO FEEDBACK at all. I even go onto the website but it is extremely not user friendly and doesnt except my passwords or usernames and then I get de-registered. I cant make changes via the internet and I cant get help form the incompetant employees.
I will move all my funds if this is not corrected before my next deiot order date later this month.
