I called King Price at 11:20 today required my windscreen to be replaced.
I was assisted by Rochelle who said one of their agents will call be back.
I received a call back at 11:57 from a very friendly Tougheeda Brown who logged my claim electronically with KP and advised that glassfit will call me shortly.
Less than 5 minutes later I received a call from glassfit for my details.
Thank you King Price and Tougheeda Brown for the excellent service.
I love not having to fill out paper claim forms :)
