Can't Activate Card Link Account or set Details

Went to branch to replace expired card for business account. Got a replacement card, but she told me it would take 5 days to activate. 3 weeks later it is still not active. In the same 1st visit, I request that my InContact details be changed, only to find later that day that they weren't changed. I now find that my business and personal accounts are linked, which FNB had told me was impossible for years. On the next visit, I request to change my InContact details, which she does, only to find the same details there later that day. I now query why my accounts are linked, and query why my instant accounting hasn't moved with my business account. This is now where we are stuck, as no one at FNB seem to know what to do. No working card, wrong InContact details, no instant accounting connected to my business account, and no competent person to help me!
