Approximately 8 weeks ago, through the FNB webpage I attempted to register a company via CIPC Registration. Initially all good, until documents to FNB mysteriously went missing and/or e-mails were not received (in spite of READ notices being received!).
Escalated complaint to Mthokozisi Mabhena is Business Services. He acted immediately, and shortly was requested to deposit R125.00 into CIPC Reg. account, which was done within 20 minutes of receiving notice. That was 3 weeks. Subsequent e-mails to Mthokozisi Mabhena have gone unanswered, as have all my e-mails to the CIPC department, save for one! 8 weeks on, and I am still no closer to having a company registered, let alone being able to trade... and R125 out of pocket!
I am one very unhappy FNB client right now. Oh, BTW, this is my CIPC Registration reference: 1-CCT6K1
