From the adverts on how easy it is to open a business account with FNB and being a client of theirs, one would have expected this process to run smoothly and quickly. Well tried to capture details on line CIPC tab does not accept the Business number given by CIPC.

then secon option to mail and get them to contact me. Well first mail was sent 15 October and it is now 25 October, and I had subsequently sent another email and was promised that some one would contact me within a day.

I would really like to stay with FNB but how long must one wait for them now to contact you?

to date still nothing, so i now ask where is the speedy service as per the marketing???
