Refund not received

On 29th december 2012 I purchased an item on my card at the apple istore in menlyn park, the item was returned within 2 hours and a refund was made to my card.

Still today the refund of R8299, 00 is still not appearing in my account.

I have been to my branch and called the call centre but am getting nowhere.

Seems to me FNB is spending too much time advertising for new clients instead of looking after the ones they have.

If this matter is not resolved immediatly I will be closing my businees and personal accounts with FNB and moving to BEEP Bank.
