AWAITING REFUND

This is with utter frustration that i send this complaint, i purchased an item at Jay Jays on 31/03/2013 and returned it for a refund on 01/04/2013, the sales rep advised that i need to present my card as i purchased the item with it, and the money will go into my account. I waited till the 11 April for the money to be credited, then i went in to the store, Fanna a sales rep advised that i need to present my bank statement as proof that i didnt receive the money, which is an added expense to me, nonetheless i presented it, which showed the money left the acc on 02/04/2013, but no refund reflected. The Nedbank consultant at the branch also advised that there is no pending authorisaion for money to enter my acc. Fanna then called nedbank, the consultant advised it will take 7-10 working days to reflect and the money will be in my acc on 15/04/2013. It is the 16th and still no refund. i called jay jays, the manager advised that i need to send bank statements to head office (Diniswa) as they might have made a mistake, i have sent the statements yet no reply from Deniswa and no money!!! I am disgusted that i have to hassle for my own money!
