Don't bother to register your home loan insurance claim online with Standard bank. I did this a month ago and still no call or acknowledgement from Standard bank to advise when they will assist. When you call the call centre to try and speak to a consultant you can hold for 20 minutes and nobody attends to your call. Our pipes are leaking and our geyser is now also giving problems. I am not sure how long this is going to take to get them to assist. But you pay them monthly on your debit orders without complaining about that. I am totally disgusted in this lack of service!!!
