I returned an item for a refund to Woolworths Centurion Mall. I bought the item using my FNB Debit card (cheque account) and the refund was done using the same card. After 24 hours the money did not reflect in my account, so I contacted both Woolworths (who said the refund was immediately done) AND FNB's authorization department. According to the lady at FNB who helped me, the authorization can take up to 7 DAYS!!! Who have ever heard of something so ridiculous??
All I want is my money back!!
