I purchased a Digital Camera on December 19, 2012 to the value of R1999.95. I've returned the item on December 24, 2012, as I was not happy. The return was accepted and I was assured that my refund would be returned to my credit card immediately. Up till today I have not been refunded. Incredible Connection is withholding R1, 999.95 of my money for almost a month now and no explanation is forthcoming. Incredible Connection is quick to take my money but very slow to credit my account when monies need to be returned. My refund has not yet been received and I am very frustrated.
