I thought my access bond facility was active with available balance just above R800. Transfered R241 to access a R1000 only to discover by the homeloan consultant advising me that it was not possible because there was a hold place on the facility. It was lift and now I see that im not able to access any funds because the balance is zorry and there was a balance linit adjustment.

Why should a balance adjustment be done when there was funds available
