Progress for claim iro burst geyse

Geyser burst open on one end on 26 Sept with resultant damages, inter alia part of he ceiling collapsed. Contractors and an assessor visited last week and apparently supplied quotes to insurance. One Mrs Mahlangu is the claims handler but although I spoke to her once at the beginning of the claim, I could not reach her again and she does not call back despite messages left for her. Her assistant, Mrs T Skosana, tried to help today as far as she could and I then asked that Mrs Mahlangu must call me back, as she is the contact person. I want to know what the progress with the claim is, what has been allowed and how long it will take to finalise. At first I received sms's but now all is silent. I also called my personal banker at Absa Private Bank last week to ask guidance, but is also awaiting her call, since she was not available and I left her a message... Can somebody with knowledge of this claim please phone me back in the afternoon?
