Day or two should be Week or two

I am a FNB Private Clients customer and have a alternative Nedbank account. I have recently activated this account and although the person I dealt with was very helpful and efficient, I must add the following.
I was notified that I will be contacted by the branch in "a Day or Two" to come and collect whatever "cards" are associated with this account I had to phone the branch today to find out what is the situation. The reply "they are ordered Sir and should be here today or tomorrow". The normal quick responce to get someone off your case I guess.
With FNB they issue you immediately with a card to use, even if it is replaced with a more final version later.

What did take place is Quick deduction of service fees of the deposit I made to activate the account. Funny that the process of charging me to open and activate this account did not take a couple of weeks.

I think it was a great mistake re-opening this account and I will immediately evaluate my options.
