False advertising all way round

It's a sad case when we are being to with every single aspect of our policies, I recently spoke to Desne Deroubai about my taps pressure and she was less than helpful stating that the pressure issue is not an insured event. I am a bit bedazzled with her on this as hotwater running slow is caused by the pressure valve and the pressure valve is part of the geyser and not the piping the lady that assisted was really not helpful rather assumption orientated. If this is the way the insurance team operated than yes I am glad I didn't bring over my short term assets as with Standard insurance it's all about the payments received and not the customer, in my opinion the documents stating what we covered for changes without our knowledge and yes we just numbers. Question, do you cover maintenance or do you just cover maintenance when you feel like it or not at all. Question 2, my toilets top flush component is not working my I replace this on my own aswell? Question 3, do I have to pay any penalties if I want to relocate my policy as it would appear that the policy has become useless and only serving the provider.
