I am seriously sick and tired of Capitec not helping, and making my whole experience with them as bad as can be.
I want to settle the loan I have, and I can't even do that, been struggling since Wednesday, getting dead ends from Capitec personnel. My father is with Capitec and he wanted to transfer the funds from his capitec to my loan to settle it. We were inside the branch at Colonnade, but was told we could not do that. I have the settlement letter, and today is the last day (day 5) and I have tried to settle it from my Absa account, making a EFT, but I keep getting the error, the account does not exist. Capitec says the problem is with ABSA, I spoke to ABSA, they say there is no problem on Capitec's side, if the account nr was correct, it would have worked. I tried, my husband tried, same problems. No I am being send from one to the other and no one is helping to resolve the issue.
I do not have the time to keep on struggling to get one thing done, this is really frustrating. Can someone please help so I can settle this loan today, as this is the last day for the settlement amount as per my letter. I want this finalised today with proof that it is settled.
