My problem was I am banking with Capitec Bank, and I have the bond with FNB now what happen is that my bond was deducting from the statement first now it is going to deduct from the my salary advice. Now I asked capitec to stop the debit order they told me they can't and I must go to FNB to the get a letter and FNB told me thant Capitec can actual stop the debit order. My problem is that Capitec Staff is incompeted and they need proper training. So the branch manager of Capitec Bank did ignore me, he did go that extra mile to assist me. He told me he can't help me, I must go to FNB. So I am complaining about the level of customer service and the bad attitud he gave me as well.
