I switched to Capitec on 2013-10-03 and they promised me that their debit order department will sort out all my debit orders before the end of the month. I ask the consultant if he is sure because my salary was going to be paid in my capitec account. To my shock I received a message from Absa that I must pay my bond and all my other debit orders was unpaid! Then i went to the closest Capitec branch to inquire about the debit orders and the consultant told me that it is was not sorted out by their debit order department. I then ended calling their client help line but no one could help me. I really regret changing to capitec because they are very unprofessional. The staff was also clueless how to help me. They are still unable to help me concerning my debit orders.
