You don't want new account holders?

Hi

last week i got some sort of notice that i needed an FNB internet profile to access my PayPal funds, and rather soon due to some 30 day thing. no problem, went and did it. i need to send some FICA documents through, quite understandable - except you don't give details of where to send them.

I sent an email asking for this quite clearly and was asked to clarify. I did this, then got another mail back saying you and sent it to PayPal, which is weird, as it is you that need the info not PayPal.

I thought let me open an FNB acc today to make it easier, but alas your security were waving more than 1 person through the door and the queue of unhappy customers stretched nearly out of the branch. I thought you did new accs in 10 minutes?

I am running the risk of losing funds, all because you won't tell me where to send the documents you need to let me access them.

I am happy to open an FNB acc to speed it up, but you seem to not want new customers at this stage?

basically, please help me to give you service fees and become a customer, if it is not too much trouble for you. would be nice if i could access my PayPal funds in the next 4 days too.
