How can we to you?

I open an account with FNB, card gets delivered and received an sms: "FNB:) cheque canrd nr..., was activated on acc nr..., on 2nd jan 2014 at 8:19. So I go to the bank to deposit R8000 that I just drew from my account from Nedbank accross from FNB to put it into my NEW GREAT AWESOME FNB ACCOUNT. So the very helpful lady assist me at the machine, I do the deposit and it gets rejected as my account is not active as yet! she tells me to go stand in the que to activate it! >?? well well well, I did activate it already, and now I have to walk around with R8000 in my pocket coz FNB lost my documents! a real good Start. think ill just stay with Nedbank. Thanks FNB, for nothing.
