Still nothing gets done but fees gets charged

I opened an account with Nedbank because i was told they give such wonderful and personal service and although they might be very friendly i am not doing business because i want friends but rather because i need a place where my money and finance is well managed and safe and also where i get the service that i pay for.
Firstly i struggle for about six months to get my cards as well as to get the account active, ironically this did not stop Nedbank from charging bank fees, even though i could not do anything on the account. I had to go in twice before i finally got my cards activated and the account "working" it was also then agreed that Nedbank would not charge me until my first card transaction.
I then tried to deposit money unsuccessfully into the account as it was not fully switched on and activated. Taking into account that this account is supposedly tailored for internet banking this doesn't make sense at all.
I then wanted to add my partner on the account but this is also a three months process now and still no success including her account that they will not close even though we requested it and they keep on charging fees to it!
