Incompetent Staff and Delays in rendering services

Im highly disappointed as im writing this complain. I have experienced pains and torture within Alexander Forbes and it's incompetent staff. Since I have resigned on December from my employer till today I haven't received my provident fund. Been liaising with call centre staff at Alexander and everyone I spoke to kept on saying funds will be transferred to my back account with 48 hours ever since March 2013.

I believe Alexander Call Centre enjoys receiving incoming calls and not escalating neither avoid client queries.
I have been calling since march inquiring about my Provident and they requested documents of which I send, after that they don't even liase with me in any progress, I have been calling the call centre like a mad dog...

I wonder if the company's executives are aware that clients are being treated like dogs. I believe companies might decide to migrate to competing investment companies if Alexander Forbes keep on dragging with clients pension funds.
