Transfer of provident fund to new employe

I have recently changed jobs and I have opted to transfer my existing funds to my new employer. All the correspondence was submitted to NMG (previous fund managers) at the end of December. NMG submitted the ROT form to Alexander Forbes for completion. We have not received a response todate and continious emails are blatantly ignored. All correspondence was sent to the generic email address. Can the responsible individual please sign the ROT urgently!!!
