FNB responds they say, don't be fooled

Ok so FNB claim to be a company that responds...
well they do respond initially but in my opinion only to try and fool the Hello Peter community.
I had a complaint last week about my smart phone that I got from them and number porting, the person did phone initially and said they would follow up, once again they did follow up but only till the second time (with no solution) thereafter I had to keep phoning and asking what was happening to my request.
The "complaints department" does not have the contact numbers for the person working the case and each time they say they will mail that person and the person will phone me back, THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN.
I have phoned every day to follow up and each time I get the exact same response. "We will mail the person reponsible and they will get back to you" THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN.
I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved.
One of the complaints department operators even promised they would phone me back personally to see if they contacted me, yeah right...
Why don't they have contact numbers for the person working the case?
