My monthly premium was deducted several times on the same day and returned again. I have inquired about this several times between yourselves and my bank and even though there is enough funds it gets returned. I have called your center several times and faxed statements to you, but all I get is a letter that states that the premium was rejected.
I would like for this to come to a conclusion and since this is not a complicated issue, it should not take you too long to fix.
