I must say, after reading all these reports on HelloPeter about Alexander Forbes my anxiety levels about my own pay-out have increased.

But when I called the help centre the polite lady promptly pointed out that my previous employer has not sent the necessary documentation to AF yet.
I'm pleased to say that the call was handled in under 4 minutes.

When I called my previous employer the administrator that handles this paperwork is on leave!
Glad I left them and their bad paperwork I guess... lol... I will soon be working as an expatriate in Africa.

I just hope AF handles my withdrawal efficiently once all the necessary documentation has been submitted.
