I requested closure, it was never done. I was quoted one fee and another one was billed. I went to the branch, I was assured the account would be closed. low and behold... its not and there are more fees. At this stage, I'd rather bank with Beep bank - maybe they LISTEN... unlike the you have running the show here. i have all the emails - after this OMBUDSMAN
and its impacting my ITC
REVERSE YOUR FEES, CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND SEND MY APOLOGY LETTER!!
