I applied to increase the limit on my RCP on Saturday (05/10/2013) but was declined due to "insufficient surplus" the consultant went through my monthly expenses with me and said that i should qualify and will manually motivate for it. Then said i do qualify for a overdraft which i declined due to the fact that that is not what i want. She the did all the paper work and I signed the contract and she handed me my copy and said that i will have feedback by Monday.

So I went to the bank on Monday as i was in the area just to find out Mrs. Kemp was off-sick and was assisted bu Jo-Anne who informed me that the credit app dept. was backed up and was about two days behind but she will phone me that afternoon to give me an update.

Since then i had to struggle to get hold of the bank every time i wanted an updated and at some stages not my self or the call could get through to the branch. No one does what they say as they never phone back with the exception of Cathy who is the only one who phoned back.

Mrs. Kemp did phone me back this morning to confirm she got my message and that she would look into it and give me feedback by COB which didn't happen.

So how long do i need to wait???
