BAD SERVICE - No help

I have three credit cards listed on ITC from standard bank due to information not being updated on ITC as well as incorrect information submitted to ITC. as well as no payment history has been updated now I am still waiting for the call centre to phone me back. and I have a negative remark added to my report stating 30 days because the account was overdrawn, however the account has never been maxed out.

I tried to apply for a overdraft and it was declined due to a notice and was told to go into the back and update my details, I went into the bank on the 7/11/2013 and handed in all the documents to update my account and try sort out the probelm, she promised to phone me and I never got a call back,

I tried again on the 23rd of December to upgrade my account and it was refused due to a notice, Cathrine said she would try motivate it and phone me back. she contacted me again on the 3/01/2014 only and told me that it was still declining and that I need to phone ITC to sort it out, she gave me TransUnion number, I phoned XDS, TransUnion and Experian and all three confirmed that they have no notices on my profile
