Just settled a personal loan with ABSA- now hoping to obtain a letter confirming the settlement and confirmation when my credit bureau profile will be updated to reflect a closed account. In this age of technological advancement I'm told to either go to a branch or wait for a posted letter! Really in 2013? The very fact that I've not set foot in Bank for over 8 years and now I must start again gives me the creeps! What happened to self service? Much on same breath as [URL Removed]? Automate these things and make our lives easy man! Boring ABSA you are!
