I have been with FFW for sometime now, 4 years, I was always under the impression that I had this option, and this was relayed to me telephonically by a call centre agent, that Oct/Nov I would be due for my claim free cash back. Only to call again and be told sorry you need to apply for this. I thought I had, thats what your agent said, now the year you must pay me back, sorry its not going to happen, I have stuck with FFW through all there premium hikes thinking okay, its my year of cash back, but I am so done with them
