I had an accident on Sunday 06 October 2013. The insurance was suppose to organize a courtesy car for me which it did but I requested them to give me an automatic car since the car that I drive everyday is an automatic. The Budget car hire said to me I must tell my insurance to make a new request because they did not specify to them that I need an automatic transmission car. I phoned the lady by the name of Sharizaan who is handling my claim and she promised to come back to me since she was discussing the matter with her manager and she never did. I then called again the following day, Tuesday 8 October 2013 and she said she will come back to me and she never did again and I called the call centre and spoke to Natasia who also didn't manage to help me and I dialled again and talked to the lady by the name of Thato who tried to put me through to Sharizaan but to no vail and she told me that she wrote an email to her about the matter. I've been trying to call Sharizaan since Tuesday until today and there is no response. Please help because I need the car since I'm paying for it in my premium package. It's been five days now and don't get any assistance.
