On Saturday, 28 September 2013, I had an accident. I called the insurance to come and tow the car. Since the accident happened by a band I decide to drive the come home since home was closer. Later the insurance said they will not come and tow the car as the car was now parked in the garage at home, I must call another section of the insurance on Monday and report the accident. At 08h30 on Monday I called the insurance and I was promised that someone will call me before the end of the day to make arrangements to come and tow the car. No one called me on Monday, I call the insurance again at 14h30 and was still promised that someone will me. I never received the call. At 08h15 on Tuesday, 01 October 201, I called the insurance again to... same promise. Up to this hour no one has called me to make arrangements to come and tow the car.
