My insurance moved from iWyze to UnWyze

I got a great deal of dissatisfaction and inconvenience from one Alina Ngwenya whom showed no remorse even when I called her call center to register my complaint. What beats me is for a car with a Back bumper problem taking more than a month to fix. Even though it is taking that long there is no one who even informs you about the progress of the job to be done.

As if that is not enough the courtesy car I had was involved in an accident resulting to myself having to go to the insurance to change it. Little did I know that the car hire had expired when I arrived at the car hire centre. This meant that even the courtesy car had to be taken because my UnWyze car hire division closed at 16:00 as if accidents have got a start and an end time. This led me to think about the logic behind paying for a courtesy car hire if it cannot help you when you need it.

I cannot believe that I had to call the said lady 10 times between Friday and today and her only excuse is that she was off yesterday. I had to call a cab to get home after the embarrassment I had at Europcar.

I hope this will help make the said consultant clean her act or let other people that know the business handle it.
