Annoying Credit Card Query

Switched to FNB July 2010 and only signed up for a Cheque Acc and a Savings Acc. Since realized that I have a Credit Card Acc that I don't know off for I didn't include it on my portfolio. Through up details of a certain lady from Durban when I checked it out online. Brought the query up with my supposed personal banker Lesley who has never even bothered to call me (don't know why do I have a personal banker if they won't even call me to check if I am happy with everything, let alone when I have even logged a query with him). His only response on email was that he had escalated the query to legal which I never heard from either. Got sms's that demanded payment from me because my Credit Card Acc was handed over to some Debt collectors. Told them to go to and I never heard from them again but the Credit Card Debt of just under R50K is still showing on my portfolio. Contacted Lesley again 2 days ago and he just sent me an email that still didn't mean anything to me as opposed to calling me. I love everything about FNB, but this long outstanding query is irritating the out of me that I am seriously considering jumping ship.
