I have been trying to get a dentists claim paid for over 6 months. First they told me the dentist is not on the network but they told me to go to this specific dentist. Since then on numerous occasions they have said they will pay the account on the next payment run but its just excuses after excuses. The dentist was told Day1 doesn't have their banking details but the dentist has sent their banking details to Day1 four times and sent a cancelled cheque twice. The service is really not good.
