Wesbank was notified in January 2013 of my condition. It took them 5 months to send me the relevant documentation and now I have been handed over for non payment 10 months later. I notified them of this in July 2013 and still nothing has been done. I am not working due to complications of my surgery in November 2012. How can Wesbank justify there this and hand me over when at the time of notifying them my account was up to date. now they state because the forms were send after 3 months I am no longer covered. I notified you in January it took webank 5 months to send me my documentation. Iam not able to work and my daughter who is a single moth has to cover everything for me, my bond, electricity, groceries and hospital expenses so please advise were I have to find this money to pay the balance of my account.
