Watch out for the Wesbank Agents

I was currently dealing with a wesbank agent named Joash Moona,

After driving my new car for 2 weeks, i had to do an emergency stop in a garage in my 323i bmw,
I took of on second gear an then had to do a quick emergency stop as a guy jumped infront of my car.

I notified him the control of the arm snapped into two pieces and i couldn't drive the car.
i contacted Titleguard, dekra and wesbank and all of them said they cant help me.

I seriously don't want to use my insurance since i just got the car, I've had it for to weeks and having the control arm snap of a car like this is ridiculous. Since he told me he cant help me i haven't been able to do anything with the car, as warranty isn't valid until the car passes a check at one of the wesbank approved places,

funny enough while i was in durban over this weekend 3 people called me for payment for the car, as i notified him my pay date has been changed, he asked me to send a months notice to change the debit date, when i spoke to an agent for the accounts side she changed in while i was on the call with her.

Becareful as they cant help you but promise you everything.now i have to save money to pay out of my pocket.
