Caim peding for 4 Months

In Jan 2013 i was in a accident. For the last 4 Months I have had no joy from them.

I have been paying my instalment for the last 4 months and now they say that Wesbank has to send them the Inatis documentation before they can pay and Wesbank said that payment has to be received before they can send the documentation.

The lady who I spoke to today told me that it is now up to me to resolve the problem... What am i paying for???

Also until now i have not even been informed what will be paid out in total.

This is really feeling like a bunch of amateurs playing around
