PATHETIC SERVICE

First they took 2 weeks to contact me, then they approve me for an account send me th cards and then call to say i need to be down graded. they fail to switch all my debits even though they received a clear description of each account to switch. all this over nearly 2 months and still no resolution until i finally lost it and told them to shove the account.

i have never encountered such pathetic service and i too am in the industry.
