I UNDERSTAND MONTHS ARE NOT THE SAME, SOME WE PAY SOME WE DON'T BUT THAT GIVES NO RIGHT TO BLUE BEAN TO CHARGE ME . ON MONDAY I PAID R5000 INTO MY CREDIT CARD WHEN INFACT THE AMOUNT THAT WAS DUE WAS 4800, THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I CALLED IN INFORMING THEM OF MY PAYMENT. I NOW HAVE R3094.93 CREDIT AND THE MINIMUM AMOUNT DUE ON 30 NOVEMBER 2013 IS R3162.22, KULAPHO NINYA KHONA KE MAKHEHLE!!! IF I PAY 3% OF MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE, HOW IS THAT R3000 IS DUE? HAVE SPOKEN TO TWO LADIES HERE, ON OF WHICH IS LORRAINE, AND NONE OF THEM CAN EXPLAIN A SIMPLE THING. IF I PAR 3% OF MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE, HOW COME I HAVE TO PAY R3162.22, HOW WAS IT CALCULATED? NO ONE WANT TO TELL ME THAT!! I HAVE SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR ON THE PHONE HOLDING, HOW CAN PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE SAME DIVISION NOT KNOW HOW THE DIVISION WORKS? WHAT I KNOW IS THAT WHEN I HAVE USED UP MY CREDIT, I PAY JUST OVER R1200, SOMEONE RECTIFY THIS ASAP! I REFUSE TO PAY THIS R3000 SOZE
