I have had a long tedious battle with Standard Bank after opening a business account with them in 2012. The first incident was a Blue Bean credit card with an outstanding amount of R 1, 802.00 that was settled in full and I have a letter from a Ms Bridgette Davids dated 23/05/2011. This has been eventually sorted. Now there is another Blue Bean credit card with an outstanding amount of R 15, 709.00 that dates back to 2006. This is still reflecting on my credit report and I am not getting any answers from Megan Scullard (she is now on maternity leave until May). I only had one Blue Bean credit card with Standard Bank, card number 5120550303332652. I find it a mystery as to why this card has all of a sudden appeared on my credit record and why the amount of days outstanding never changes, it stays 240 days. We have been busy a couple of months. They have my physical and postal address but I have never received a statement for this card. I would like a detailed statement from SB as well as the original documentation when I applied for this card with my signature. SB has issued me with a Titanium Credit Card in 2012, if I did not pay a previous card this would reckless lending?
