Standard bank called to say I needed to make payment on my BLue Bean card. I explained that there had been issues with my account being frozen at FNB and I had opened a new account with Standard Bank. I supplied the account details and told them to take the full amount with debit order. I was later contacted to say that I needed to make a cash or EFT payment. I agreed to do so at the end of december. I made payment of R6000 and then my account was also debit with around R5800 by blue bean. I then got an SMS to say my card is cancelled. I called in and was told that I need to go in to reapply for my card. My card is currently in a credit balance of R6000. I would like to just have my card reinstated please. I don't understand why it was closed in the first place because I made the payment and my account was debit so I paid twice.
