Wow @FNB, I'm impressed! I stepped into the Irene mall branch today to collect a new business credit card. Before I even open my mouth to say something, the lady behind the desk says, "Hello Mr Peer, have you come to collect your new credit card? " I've only ever been into the branch a handful of times and it's not as if anything particularly memorable happened on previous visits. Nice work Chichi. FNB, doing it right.
