My account was debited with R6120 on the 06th of Aug 2013, i went to the boulder's branch in midrand to report on to the matter, consultants that they will log gijima or whatever they call it. There was No FEEDBACK, until i logged a complaint on HP.The consultant who was handling the complaint, told me that my account had the. He apologised and iaccepted the apology. AGAIN, i went to standard bank mabopane to enquire on my credit score as i needed to increase my credit card limit and to check if i will qualify for the home application. The consultant confirmed that my application has declined as i have unpaid debit order for R6120 on the 06 Aug 2013, told her that my account was on . she needed the letter to motivate that.called the call centre yesterday, waited for 20min before someone can attend to my query, spoke to mduduzi from customer care centre, he then adviced to call the line on 0800 222 050, spoke to abongi (dept) said i should relate my query to customer service AGAIN! said he will transfer me to customer serv dept. i held on the line again until the machine replied that "the number you have dialled does not exist)-TAKING FROM PILLAR TO POST etc.
