Still waiting for the feedback

What the pathetic service recieved from standard bank, my account was debited with the amount of R6120.69 on the 06.08.2013. Took my half day leave and went to the standard bank in midrand (boulders), the consultant who checked with my id.no couldnt retrive info, she called the the manager (lady), she did not show any care and took the matter to the other consultant who said they have logged gijima or what ever they call it??? said they took the matter to their investigation officers as it was the cheque deposit. they could not even give me a single word of what happended. they've told me to wait and they will give me the feedback by CALLING WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, even today im still waiting. my salary is coming in into the same account on the 27th, not sure if i will be getting it or not. Is my account on or what??? i think i should change banks. this is not a good service. ref no. that was given by that lady with an attitude is 54492811. call me now.
