3weeks back i submitted a claim to get wheels that were from my car replaced, hoping that everything would be done in 2-3 days. on the day i submitted my claim i was promised that someone will be intouch with me shortly, that never happened. i called in 3 days later and again i was told the lady responsible for my claim will get back to me, 7 days later again i called and again i was given the same story. 3weeks later i still dont have transportation, my vehicle is sitting on bricks (hoping no further damage has been caused). I found this totally unacceptable, King Price Insurance has shown me that Paying your premium monthly is more important to them then good Client service. I would rather pay high insurance premiums with another company that will take care of me as a client and assure me all is taken care off in bad times. King Price has increased my stress levels and no remorse was shown by the lady responsible for my claim. If this is how you take care of your clients, well im sure loosing Me as a client will be beneficial to me, but rest assured i will use all social media platforms to Let everyone know the bad service the company offers.
