I have 2 personal loans with Nedbank. 2 months ago i went to bank to change my contact details. i was told to do it IN THE BANK but over a phone to a Call Centre. New contact details was given to Agent on the phone. My old number belongs to a neighbour in my street. Last month he brought me the reminder that was sent to his number that Nedbank will deduct ex-amount from my bank account. i went to bank and asked them why this happened, i was told my number was changed but and they have NO idea why this happened. This morning my neighbour popped in AGAIN to give me the message of my instalment.
