Call Centre harassment on a public holiday

It is the 29th of March 2013 and its Good Friday - a public holiday. Most shops and businesses are closed but I have received a call from a number 083 677 2573, the lady apparently from the Personal Loans department. I refused to continue the call nor give my details over the phone as its a public holiday and also I am constantly being called by Nedbank regarding my account number 8156547631301 which is under debt review. I have sent proof of the court order to Nedbank but they still keep making the same mistake. We pay the account to HYPHEN on the 7th or later in the month, as soon as funds are available, and then HYPHEN has a timeline they work within which is usually about 10 days or so. Only then will Nedbank receive the instalment which they agreed to the amount according to my debt counsellor, Mr Raghubir of Money Magement Solutions in Durban. My other credit providers don't call me every month like this! I'd like to lodge a complaint about this I don't trust people calling from a random cell phone number and especially on a public holiday. Please investigate as to weather or not this number is associated with your call centre
